Interista - Forza Inter!

30th Aug - 4 Nil. Motta, Milito, Maicon and Stankovic. Emphatic. 'Sui' [in hokkien]. We had 4 heroes and who needs Ibrahimovic ? Do we? Nope. Nah.

Eto'o > Zlatan? Seems like it in terms of scoring ability.

Summer signings of Samuel Eto'o, Thiago Motta, Lucio, Wesley Sneijder and Diego Milito, departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the retirement of Luis Figo [well aged! you are way above age, uncle] have finally had the pendulum swing in the right balance. My bet is on them winning the Champions League this season. I am not saying Barcelona aren't capable of retaining but BUT Inter seems stronger.

Well, fans of other teams out there please try not to condemn me hard k. Me an Inter fan ma =D [Though I support United as well..*cough* ..cannot meh?]

Red rangers - Transform!!

English Premier League kicked off once again last saturday and all 20 teams in this upper echelon of English Football League fought their heart out for the first 90 minutes in 09/10 season.Fuh, who could have known and predicted that United and Liverpool had both lost 1 match in the 1st week [United played twice, won one and lost one - they bloody lost to Burnley 0-1 - a promoted side -.-].

Alrite, now came United's third match and many had started to bet against the reigning champions especially the recent lost the Burnley on midweek.

Poor 1st half. Amazing 2nd. 5-0! Rooney! Manchester United! Cristiano Ronaldo! oPss =D

Rooney netted twice. Berbatov, Owen and Nani scored one each enroute to their lima kosong trashing inflicted on Wigan.

30th August[Malaysia time] - United will play Arsenal. Good result [Wigan 0 United, Arsenal 4 Portsmouth 1] has certainly lift fans' expectations one or two level higher.

Yeap yeap yeap! Correct! u got it! Well folks, a new season of football is about to unfold for Barclays Premier League. I know i know, 2 months without live telecast of BPL sux max -.-. Community shield took place on 9th Aug and it was a clash between Man United and Chelsea. [and I wonder had Evra ever kick a penalty in training session]

BPL will officially kick start on 15th August and 16th August. Two particular matches to note - Arsenal will be taking on Everton at Goodison Park and Tottenham will play Liverpool at White Hart Lane. Tough game? ^^ [Best of luck - Wenger and Rafa]

Battered by cancer - A long lost battle

Former England manager Sir Bobby Robson has passed away at the age of 76,
having finally lost a long battle against cancer.

quoted from soccernet - read more

English Football has lost a fatherly figure on 31st July 2009. As coach and manager, he served well and clubs like Newcastle and PSV Eindhoven were fortunate to have him as their headcoach for years. I guess I'll miss his smile most.

Homeless

Homeless -Leona Lewis
Waiting here for you to call me
For you to tell me that everything's a big mistake
Waiting here in this rainfall
Feeling so small, this dream was not suppose to break
I'm so sorry now for the pain I caused you
Won't you please forgive? Please
But you don't love me anymore
You don't want me anymore
There's a sign on your door
No vacancy, just emptiness
Without your love I'm homeless

p/s: patch me up anyone? Been blown away to bits. Good vocal she has =D

United Asia Tour@Malaysia - Match Day

Match Day - 18th July 2009. Malaysia selected XI vs Manchester United. Yay, D-Day. Yesterday was da day all United fans were looking forward to. We have looooooooong to see them in action at Malaysia for years and we enthuse no less even we lost Ronaldo to Real Madrid and Tevez to City.

[We got Rooney and Owen wat! who needs them]
*smirk*

DSC00368
We were choking ourselves so to speak for those who went early to secure good seats for the match. Bloody, it was terribly hot in the stadium! Fans were already started to flock into Stadium Bukit Jalil as early as 1pm. [Some might already be there by 12pm] Perspiration was subsequently ensued. HOT! There were gozillions of people ducking together in the stadium and imagine wat could make things worse but the scorching heat.

DSC00408
Fans were off their seats to welcome the players when it reached 5.30pm. The match went ok. 3-2 was the final score. Malaysia's number 17 - Mr. Amri Yahyah bagged two goals - a feat that deserved much praise. I believe pitch condition and the weather played a small part in the low scoreline but United did well nonetheless.

We couldn't be happier if Vidic and Park Ji Sung were here. Valencia and Obertan were not included as well. Carrick didn't feature. There was slight disappointment for us not to have United's full squad for Far East Tour.

There 'll be a rescheduled match on Monday. Same team 'll be playing. For those who missed out can redeem on Monday.

United Asia Tour@Malaysia - Training Session

The moment of truth has finally arrived - ManUtd are in Malaysia. Once more. After a hiatus 8 years since their last visit. Their visit here without World Player of the year, Ronaldo, has not dither the faithfuls' decision in flocking Stadium Bukit Jalil. Everyone there was eagerly anticipating the arrival of players. 5.45 they came and cheers were noticeably sound. Our rendition of 'Glory Glory Man Utd' was not bad either lol.

Today's attendence is expected to far exceed yesterday's. We shall tear down Stadium Bukit Jalil then. Let's make it a better one today y'all.

Touch Down

Running Nitrous

Yeahoo, we're done buying players and total money spent is not even half of 80m pounds. Good business? yeaAaaaaaaaahhHhhhh I would say! =D

Let's see who United have bought - Gabriel Obertan, Michael Owen and Antonio Valencia. Heck, Ferguson might be plotting a 100m Olympic running competition for all his players.

Speed! We now have speed dont we?!

Pretty good. We lost 1 Ronaldo but had 3 good players coming in. They might need time to develop and adapt but I would say it's a pretty good summer spending for this coming season.

Some might be thinking they are flops. Some might not. Well, best we wait and see how they will perform kay?

Opss, you did it again

Again, they forked out big money to assemble a squad multi-millions worth under Mr. Perez. Well, we must say that a new era of Galácticos has already begun with the introduction of Ronaldo and with him leading the rest. To bask in da glory of success. Once more [we must assume they can do it one time - least].

Sob, no more Ronaldo for Man Utd @_@.

p/s: Be quiet Carlos.

Ronaldo > Tevez

Owen United bound?

Jiing: United signed Antonio Valencia. [One fine morning he told me]
Keat: oO [nodded and acknowledged]

United's first transfer coup this season and they are now trying to get a goalscorer. I guess signing Valencia shouldn't be any worse than signing up Taibi or Veron. Just Hope.

Goal.com had this news reported saying United are chasing south american hot shot -Luis Fabiano and an injury-prone striker - Michael Owen.
Owen? Why the heck is Owen on the list? Is Owen anygood now? I mustn't say anything bad right now just in case he turns out good if united had snapped him up.

O - Ohh
W - well
E - ermm
N - nevermind

Let's wait and see wat happens next.

JTTW 2

A sequel to our Journey to the West epic - JTTW part 2. Part 1 was made last year around this time. We shorten our stay to 2 days and 1 night. Nothing much we did compared to last year but we sort of enjoyed this short trip.

Oo, one thing to note is that GSC in Dataran Pahlawan is bloody cool and nice. We got ourselves tickets to Transformer without needing a queue.

[How cool is that?!] *Burp, aHhh.. satisfied*

Had our usual Satay Celup and Chicken rice ball meal, yay!- you just can't miss these two out while you are there, yea Jiing? =D

p/s: Let's make a part 3 next year if possible =p

M.trip 09 065

Yellow Submarines

These are good. Jiing was kind enough to give us few durians after our trip to Malacca. This looks good. Taste good. and smells good - fridge in my home was relatively 'contaminated!' - dun get me wrong, the durians are good in a way until da fridge smells durian.

Thanks for da durians Jiing :D
