Battered by cancer - A long lost battle

Former England manager Sir Bobby Robson has passed away at the age of 76,
having finally lost a long battle against cancer.

quoted from soccernet - read more

English Football has lost a fatherly figure on 31st July 2009. As coach and manager, he served well and clubs like Newcastle and PSV Eindhoven were fortunate to have him as their headcoach for years. I guess I'll miss his smile most.

Homeless

Homeless -Leona Lewis
Waiting here for you to call me
For you to tell me that everything's a big mistake
Waiting here in this rainfall
Feeling so small, this dream was not suppose to break
I'm so sorry now for the pain I caused you
Won't you please forgive? Please
But you don't love me anymore
You don't want me anymore
There's a sign on your door
No vacancy, just emptiness
Without your love I'm homeless

p/s: patch me up anyone? Been blown away to bits. Good vocal she has =D

United Asia Tour@Malaysia - Match Day

Match Day - 18th July 2009. Malaysia selected XI vs Manchester United. Yay, D-Day. Yesterday was da day all United fans were looking forward to. We have looooooooong to see them in action at Malaysia for years and we enthuse no less even we lost Ronaldo to Real Madrid and Tevez to City.

[We got Rooney and Owen wat! who needs them]
*smirk*

We were choking ourselves so to speak for those who went early to secure good seats for the match. Bloody, it was terribly hot in the stadium! Fans were already started to flock into Stadium Bukit Jalil as early as 1pm. [Some might already be there by 12pm] Perspiration was subsequently ensued. HOT! There were gozillions of people ducking together in the stadium and imagine wat could make things worse but the scorching heat.

Fans were off their seats to welcome the players when it reached 5.30pm. The match went ok. 3-2 was the final score. Malaysia's number 17 - Mr. Amri Yahyah bagged two goals - a feat that deserved much praise. I believe pitch condition and the weather played a small part in the low scoreline but United did well nonetheless.

We couldn't be happier if Vidic and Park Ji Sung were here. Valencia and Obertan were not included as well. Carrick didn't feature. There was slight disappointment for us not to have United's full squad for Far East Tour.

There 'll be a rescheduled match on Monday. Same team 'll be playing. For those who missed out can redeem on Monday.

United Asia Tour@Malaysia - Training Session

The moment of truth has finally arrived - ManUtd are in Malaysia. Once more. After a hiatus 8 years since their last visit. Their visit here without World Player of the year, Ronaldo, has not dither the faithfuls' decision in flocking Stadium Bukit Jalil. Everyone there was eagerly anticipating the arrival of players. 5.45 they came and cheers were noticeably sound. Our rendition of 'Glory Glory Man Utd' was not bad either lol.

Today's attendence is expected to far exceed yesterday's. We shall tear down Stadium Bukit Jalil then. Let's make it a better one today y'all.

Running Nitrous

Yeahoo, we're done buying players and total money spent is not even half of 80m pounds. Good business? yeaAaaaaaaaahhHhhhh I would say! =D

Let's see who United have bought - Gabriel Obertan, Michael Owen and Antonio Valencia. Heck, Ferguson might be plotting a 100m Olympic running competition for all his players.

Speed! We now have speed dont we?!

Pretty good. We lost 1 Ronaldo but had 3 good players coming in. They might need time to develop and adapt but I would say it's a pretty good summer spending for this coming season.

Some might be thinking they are flops. Some might not. Well, best we wait and see how they will perform kay?
